1.将硬脂酸加入反应釜中，加热至熔融，再在搅拌下加入NaOH水溶液，在65℃加热2h，pH值控制在8.0～8.5。喷雾干燥得产品。

2.将10g硬脂酸溶于100mL 95%乙醇中，用0.5mol/L的氢氧化钠乙醇溶液滴定，以酚酞作指示剂，滴定到等当点后，将析出的硬脂酸钠皂抽滤分出。粗产品可用95%乙醇重结晶，得纯品。
