[体外研究]

HC毒素在T47D人乳腺癌细胞中以剂量依赖性方式显示出强大的抗增殖功效和G2/M细胞周期阻滞。HC毒素引起T47D细胞凋亡,HC毒素诱导的凋亡可能不是通过直接增加caspase-3/7活性介导的[2]。
