卵黄连蛋白是一种多功能糖蛋白,存在于血液和细胞外基质中。卵黄连蛋白结合糖胺聚糖、胶原蛋白、纤溶酶原和尿激酶受体。卵黄连蛋白还能稳定纤溶酶原激活抑制剂-1的抑制构象。卵黄连素可用于研究伤口愈合和肿瘤进展[1]。
