[体外研究]

苏丹I是单偶氮染料,化学式为1-苯基偶氮-2-萘酚。苏丹我可以在哺乳动物的肝脏或膀胱中引起肿瘤,并且是人类潜在的诱变剂和致癌物质。与AHH-1细胞系相比,苏丹I在HepG2细胞中诱导遗传毒性作用并且增加MCL-5细胞系中的诱变和致裂作用。此外,苏丹I还对S9活化的鼠伤寒沙门氏菌致突变试验给出了阳性结果,这是一种由大鼠肝脏制备的线粒体后部分[1]。
