Indazole-Cl用途

吲唑Cl(Ind-Cl)是一种具有炎症作用的雌激素受体(ER)-β特异性激动剂。吲唑Cl抑制缺氧诱导的环氧合酶-2的表达减少。吲唑Cl抑制ROS的产生。吲唑Cl还抑制缺氧引起的细胞迁移和侵袭。吲唑Cl是缺氧诱导血管平滑肌细胞(VSMCs)炎症的有效抑制剂[1]。
