是合成农药的主要原料,也是医药磺胺嘧啶类药的中间体
【用途二】
糠氯酸又名二氯代丁烯醛酸、粘氯酸,在农药上用于合成杀螨剂哒螨灵的中间体,也可用作有机合成中间体,用于合成磺胺嘧啶等药物。
【用途三】
有机合成中间体。用于合成广谱高效新型杀螨剂哒螨酮,除草剂苯纳松,也用于医药磺胺吡啶等和感光材料的合成。

粘氯酸制备
糠氯酸是由糠醛和氯气为原料制备的。
在由三个柱子串联而成的串级式反应器内,于90~100℃下,用氯气连续氯化糠醛和浓盐酸(摩尔比1∶3)所构成的混合液。向第一个柱内以142g/h的速度供给糠醛,与分离了糠氯酸后的废液相混合,在此经氯气处理后再进入第二个柱内,与以1276g/h速度进料的糠醛相混合。再使反应混合液流至第三个柱内,同时以5250g/h的速度将氯气自柱子的底部通入,未反应的氯气再返回至第一个柱内。反应混合液在第一、第二、第三个柱内的滞留时间分别为20min、20min、30min,氯气与糠醛的摩尔比为5∶1。将氯化产物冷却至0~5℃,即可以2190g/h的速度获得糠氯酸,m.p.125~127℃,合成收率为87%。
【方法二】
1.糠醛氧化氯化法糠醛在强酸性溶液中通入氯气进行氧化和氯化而得。2.二氧化锰-盐酸氧化氯化法在盐酸存在下,糠醛与二氧化锰在低温下进行氧化,然后再升高温度进行氯化而得。
