NBD-X酸是研究脂肪酸和甾醇的荧光探针。与NBD氯化物和氟化物相比,NBD-X酸为标记生物聚合物提供了更好的产率。NBD衍生物的荧光光谱对环境高度敏感,在水溶液中荧光强度显著降低[1]。
