蒽酮制备

1.将蒽醌，锡粒和冰醋酸以1∶1.72 ∶26.8 （摩尔比）的比例混合均匀，加热至沸腾，然后将相对密度对1.19的盐酸［锡粒量的3.5倍（摩尔比）］在2h内均匀分次地加入沸液中，之后回流反应1.5h：

反应结束后，脱色过滤，用蒸馏水洗涤沉淀后，洗涤液并入滤液，冷却至10℃，析出的结晶用水洗涤数次至ph值7，滤干后，用丙酮或3∶ 1的苯与石油醚的混合液重结晶进行提纯即可。
