聚乙烯吡咯烷酮制备
1.由N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮在碱性催化剂或N,N’-二乙烯咪唑存在下进行聚合、交联反应而成粗品,再用水、5%醋酸和50%乙醇回流至萃出物≤50mg/kg为止(约3h以上)。由纯化的1-乙烯-2-吡咯烷酮的30%~60%水溶液,在氨或胺等存在下,以过氧化氢为催化剂,在50℃温度下进行交链均聚后提纯而得。由N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮在碱性催化剂或N,N’-二乙烯脒存在下进行聚合、交联得粗品,再用水、5%醋酸和50%乙醇回流至萃取物≤50mg/kg为止。
2.由N-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮在碱性催化剂或N,N'-二乙烯咪唑存在下进行聚合,再经精制而得。
3.由环己胺和氨基磺酸钠反应,经结晶、精制制得。或者由环己胺和三氧化硫反应制得。还可由环己胺和氯磺酸反应制得。
4.乙炔法工艺路线(Reppe该法以乙炔为主要的起始原料,故称乙炔法,是发展至今最为成熟的合成及生产犖乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP法。
以载于硅胶上的乙炔亚酮为催化剂,在0.50Pa,乙炔和甲醛反应首先制得丁炔二醇。再以骨架镍为催化剂,在乙醇中加氢,可生成1,4-丁二醇。
1,4- 丁二醇在200℃过铜催化剂进行气相脱氢生产γ-内酯,γ-内酯在一定压力下与氨反应,生成吡咯烷酮。
吡咯烷酮在1.01~2.03kPa115~125℃、碱催化剂存在下,与乙炔反应生成乙烯基吡咯烷酮
N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮按不同用途,可采用本体聚合、溶液聚合或悬浮聚合等聚合方式生产不同分子量的PVP。聚合产物经分离、干燥PVP产品。
