在装有搅拌、温度计和冷凝管的四口烧瓶中，加入丙烯腈和氯化催化剂，在冰水浴冷却和搅拌条件下，向反应液中通氯气，反应体系控制在30～35℃，通氯气约需4h，用GC跟踪氯化终点，继续搅拌1h，得到的反应液即为二氯丙腈。将上述反应液加入具搅拌温度计和瓷环填料柱的烧瓶中，加入少许阻聚剂，搅拌并加热，温度105～110℃，开始回流，控制釜温110～130℃，同时进行消除反应并分馏，塔顶温度85℃，收集馏分即为成品。
