1、(1)由苯酚钠经氯化、酸化而得。搅拌苯酚钠、水及冰的混合物,于20℃以下慢慢加次氯酸钠溶液,控制温度在20℃以下,室温放置过夜,搅拌下加浓盐酸酸化至pH为2,水洗一次,再用5%碳酸钠溶液洗至洗液pH为4-5,冷却后,分出油层,进行常压分馏,再经减压蒸馏而得成品。(2)由苯酚用氯气氯化。在搅拌下将熔融的苯酚加入苯中,在26±2℃通入氯气,至氯化液相对密度达0.954(23-25℃)为止。排除氯化氢后将苯蒸出回收,蒸至125℃(21.3kPa),冷却至60℃,减压分馏,收集75℃(2.67-3.33kPa)馏分即得邻氯苯酚。氯化反应同时也生成对氯苯酚及2,4-二氯苯酚,在减压分馏时作为高沸物收集,经分离可作为副产物。邻氯苯酚(95%以上)收率近50%,对氯苯酚(95%以上)收率约为25.5%。
2、邻氯苯酚是生产对氯苯酚的联产品,用苯酚氯化得到的是邻位和对位的氯代苯酚,经分离可以得到对氯苯酚和邻氯苯酚。
