间二硝基苯制备
1.由硝基苯经混酸硝化而得。二硝基苯粗品用亚硫酸钠溶液精制。精制滤液主要含硝基苯磺酸钠,这是邻二硝基苯和对二硝基苯与亚硫酸钠反应的产物。硝基苯用混酸硝化时,生成物中间二硝基苯约占88%、邻二硝基苯占10%、对二硝基苯占2%。异构体的分离方法,还有利用三者对乙醇或苯的溶解度不同而设计的后处理过程。
2.在搅拌下,将硫酸、硝酸、水以适当比例混合均匀,使之为含硫酸60%、含硝酸20%的混酸溶液,并冷却至25℃,不断搅拌下缓慢加入98%的硝基苯 ( 硝基苯∶混酸 =1∶2.7) ,温度先控制在35℃以下,加入一半硝基苯后,将温度升至35~55℃,直至加完。然后升温至80~90℃,保温搅拌1h:
反应结束后,冷却至70℃,加冷水稀释静置分层,上层为粗品二硝基苯。搅拌下将分出的粗二硝基苯加到2.5%左右的70℃碱液中,控制温度不超过80℃,加完后降温至65℃,然后将事先配制好的95%的亚硫酸钠溶液慢慢加入,控制温度为70~75℃,搅拌1~2h,测定熔点合格后,降温,滤出沉淀,用热水洗涤,冷后过滤,再用无水乙醇重结晶,即得成品。
