制备

1.生产方法： 草酸二酯与丙酮缩合（克氏反应）而得。将甲醇钠于40-45℃滴入草酸二乙酯及丙酮中，保温1h，冷却下滴加浓硫酸至pH=3.5。用苯提取反应物，提取液蒸除苯以后进行减压蒸馏。收集130-132℃（4.93kPa）馏分，得产品乙酰丙酮酸乙酯。 2.制法： 于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器、滴液漏斗的反应瓶中，加入无水乙醇2L，搅拌下分批加入金属钠63g（2.7mol），待钠全部反应完后，冷至室温。滴加由草酸二乙酯（3）365g（2.5mol）和丙酮（2）145g（2.5mol）的混合液，约3h加完 ^①。加完后升至40℃，继续搅拌反应1h，生成黄色粘稠物。冷却，抽滤，用乙醇洗涤，得到钠盐（4） ^②。将钠盐加入1.3g冰水中，搅拌下慢慢加入预先冷冻的稀硫酸中（100mL浓硫酸与200mL水配制），控制反应液温度在0～5℃，调至pH3～4，并继续搅拌10min，直至黄色钠盐消失。用苯提取（300mL×3），合并提取液，水洗。常压蒸馏回收苯，而后减压蒸馏，收集117～121℃/308kPa的馏分，得乙酰丙酮酸乙酯（1） ^③240g，收率61%。注：①反应初期有白色沉淀生成，而后逐渐呈现黄色，进一步加深，最后成黄色，并且反应体系逐渐变稠。②抽滤很慢，最后采用离心的办法。③产品稳定性差，贮存时会自行分解。
