2.500毫升乙酸和48克乙酸锰(I)四水合物回流20分钟,然后在保持微微回流的条件下,慢慢加入8.0克高锰酸钾。再回流30分钟后,将混合物冷至宝温。加85毫升水,较大量的水会改变乙酸锰(I)的产率及下一步反应的产率。加一点乙酸锰(贾)作晶种,16小时后滤出乙酸锰(l),用冷乙酸洗涤几次,在空气中干燥。在含1水的醋酸中重结晶。碘量法测定其纯度>98肠。
为了得到活性最高的乙酸锰(班)以作为下一步反应的起始物质,必须加入相当于水合物中所含水量的乙酸醉。
