图XV-9 六氟砷酸银制备装置

实验装置如图所示,是改进的Schlenk线,图六氟砷酸银制备装置放置于N2保护的手套箱中,整个体系在真空线(真空度0~1000mmHg柱)上抽真空。将金属银粉末(5.4g,50mmol)放入装置中的A部分里。制备出约25mL的SO2液体。另外制备出AsF5液体(136g,80mmol,5.4mL)(从存储罐至一冷却至-78℃小计量阱中),然后转移至反应容器中,将反应体系封闭,然后缓慢加热同时磁力搅拌,保持在室温下发生反应,直至Ag全部溶解,约需2h。溶液通过玻璃砂芯F过滤至B部分,冷却至0℃,将大部分挥发性物质冷凝至A部分,过一小段时间,AgAsF6白色晶体开始析出,真空条件下将挥发性气体抽走除去,得AgAsF6。

注:AsF5及其衍生物毒性极强,液态二氧化硫在室温下的蒸气压是3atm(1atm=101.325kPa)。因此容器需要是耐压装置。反应需在通风良好的通风橱中进行。需要防护,戴厚手套。二氧化硫不能冷却低于-78℃,因为固态二氧化硫升温时会引起玻璃器皿炸裂。
