制备

制备用仪器和试剂事先都需经干燥和除水处理，并避免潮气的进入。

10g五氯化钽悬浮在200mL无水苯中，慢慢加入25mL无水乙醇，发生猛烈的反应并产生氯化氢气体。待猛烈的反应平息后，通入过量的氨气，待析出氯化铵沉淀后，滤出。滤液在减压下蒸发，将剩余物进行真空蒸馏，收集145～147℃/13.34Pa产品约11g。
