稳定性

按规格使用和贮存,不会发生分解,避免与氧化物接触。几乎不溶于水、醇、乙酸甲酯和氨水。可溶于酸。不与冷的浓硝酸和浓盐酸起作用。加热400 ℃开始分解,并放出二氧化碳。空气中或弱氧化剂存在下,逐渐氧化成碳酸高钴。溶于稀酸和氨水中,不溶于水,在空气中加热分解易变成三价碳酸钴。

毒性及防护:吸入钴化合物有时会出现支气管哮喘;研磨钴化物能引起急性皮炎,有时皮肤表面形成溃疡。金属钴和氧化钴的最高容许浓度为0.5mg/m3。工作时应注意防尘和除尘,应戴防毒口罩,以防气溶胶损伤呼吸器官,工作时还应穿戴防尘工作服、防护手套,以保护皮肤。

2.称取122g(0.42mol)六水合硝酸钴,用尽可能少的水使其溶解,再称取60g(0.57mol)无水碳酸钠溶解于600mL水中,分数次将该热溶液加入到硝酸钴水溶液中。加热此溶液至沸腾,搅拌15min,即有沉淀生成,抽滤后,用水洗涤,用滤纸吸干水分。
