其制备方法是以甲基氯化物为原料进行胺化而得。
将一定量的甲基氯化物和适量溶剂投入搪瓷反应釜内,在搅拌下冷却到0℃左右,再将一定量的氨水慢慢滴入,控制反应温度在20℃左右,约1.5h加完,保温0.5h后取样分析,以检测不到甲基氯化物色谱峰为终点。将物料抽入萃取釜静置分层,油层即为粗胺产品,再经升降膜系统脱溶后即得到精酰胺,含量90%~93%,水分含量低于0.2%。
