稳定性 1.与镁的混合物加热时可能发生爆炸。受高热分解,放出有毒的烟气。与硫、硒和锌接触会发生反应。与酸接触生成氢气。与大多数氧化剂如氯酸盐、硝酸盐、高氯酸盐或高锰酸盐等组成爆炸性能十分敏感的化合物。受高热分解放出有毒的气体。

2.空气中吸收二氧化碳变成碳酸镉,颜色逐渐变白。氯气流中加热变成氯化镉。加热到300℃时,被氢气还原成金属镉。

相对密度为6.95,约在700℃升华,900℃分解。氧化镉不溶于碱,难溶于水,易溶于酸及铵盐溶液,在潮湿空气中会缓慢转变为碳酸镉。在300~670℃范围内,可被C、CO、H2或CH4还原为金属。结晶形氧化镉属于立方晶系,相对密度8.15。

1.金属镉氧化法将含镉下脚料加入水和硫酸中,进行搅拌、反应,生成硫酸镉。将所得粗制溶液控制在浓度为20~25°Bé,PH值为2~4左右。粗制溶液经压滤后,滤液送至氧化槽中,在80~90℃下加入过氧化氢或高锰酸钾以氧化除铁(PH值保持在5.4)。氧化后的溶液在70~80 ℃下,用锌皮置换硫酸镉,使镉以海绵形态自动浮出。分离出海绵镉经水洗、酸洗除锌,再经反复水洗后进行过滤。当所得海绵镉的表面水分完全除去后,加入到氧化炉内,在300~400℃下进行氧化,经粉碎、筛分制得氧化镉产品。

2.向提纯的硝酸镉水溶液中徐徐加入碳酸铵水溶液,以生成碳酸镉沉淀。将沉淀洗涤、过滤、干燥后,在500℃下加热3h,使碳酸镉热分解生成CdO。为了除去CdO中的钙、镁、硅等杂质,在室温下用0.01mol/L硝酸浸渍24h,然后进行过滤、洗涤,再于550℃下煅烧3h,则可得到高纯度的CdO。此外,还可用硝酸镉、草酸镉、氢氧化镉等进行加热分解来制取CdO,以及用金属镉与空气直接氧化燃烧来制取CdO,但所得的产品颜色各不相同。

3.灼热硝酸镉或碳酸镉制得。常采用金属镉氧化法和镉盐分解法。金属镉氧化法是用海绵镉或含镉下脚料与空气进行氧化反应,经粉碎、过筛而得。镉盐分解法是将碳酸镉或硝酸镉加热分解而得。

4.5%硝酸镉水溶液中加入少量氨水,再加入过量碳酸铵进行

生成的沉淀用大量水洗涤数次,过滤后,再洗涤数次,干燥后粉碎,于500~600℃下灼烧至恒重,即可制得试剂氧化镉:

直接用高纯碳酸镉于500℃灼烧3h,自然冷却至150℃,真空干燥后,可制得高纯氧化镉。

6.将硝酸镉在水浴上干燥,在砂浴上灼烧至氮的氧化物不再逸出,将其研碎后在500~600℃下灼烧即可。
