体外研究 | 异槲皮苷广泛存在于植物中.7种化合物中的10μM异槲皮苷部分但显着地减弱了H2O2对RGC-5细胞的负面影响,因为H2O2存在时细胞的存活率从大约63%增加到83%和90%分别为10和50μM时的%。实际上,50μM等槲皮苷作为神经保护剂比相同浓度的EGCG更有效[1]。 |
体内研究 | 在接受异槲皮苷或槲皮素的动物中,BALF,血液和肺实质中的嗜酸性粒细胞计数较低。血液中的中性粒细胞计数和肺匀浆中的IL-5水平仅在Isoquercitrin处理的小鼠中较低。没有观察到单核细胞数量的改变[2]。 |
动物实验 | 免疫小鼠[2] BALB / c小鼠(卵清蛋白/氢氧化铝,sc),然后进行两次鼻内卵清蛋白攻击。从第一次免疫后第18天到第22天,小鼠每天接受异槲皮苷(15mg / kg)或槲皮素(10mg / kg)的强饲。施用地塞米松(1mg / kg,sc)作为阳性对照。在最后一次卵清蛋白激发后24小时,在支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF),血液和肺实质中分析白细胞。白细胞介素-5(IL-5)在BALF和肺匀浆中进行分析[2]。 |
