神经节苷酯GM<sub>2</sub>用途神经节苷脂GM2-asialo(asialo-GM2)是一种含三个单糖残基和一个可变链长脂肪酸的糖脂,但缺乏神经节苷脂M2上的唾液酸残基。Asialo-GM2在正常人脑中的水平较低或检测不到,但它在Tay-Sachs病和Sandhoff病患者的大脑中积累,这两种疾病表现为溶酶体β-一种以己糖胺酶A和B缺乏为特征的神经退行性疾病。它还与各种细菌结合,包括从囊性纤维化患者身上分离出来的假单胞菌。Asialo-GM2混合物含有神经节苷脂GM2 Asialo分子,具有可变长度的脂肪酰基链。 |
