猪脂用途食用猪油质量最好,颜色洁白,有猪油特具的香味,在冬季呈固体状态,夏季呈半固体状,可作为高级白色香皂的原料。甲级工业猪油酸值略高,碘值和凝固点略低,色泽带微黄色,可作为香皂的原料。乙级工业猪油一般呈黄色,酸值高,碘值和凝固点略低,气味不纯,精炼后可在香皂中使用。猪肉油的色泽更深,有时有恶臭,可以用于洗衣皂、药皂、工业皂或低级香皂内。 |
