In Vitro Nek2-IN-6 (Compound 28e) (0-30 μM, 72 h) inhibits tumor cells proliferation[1]. Cell Proliferation Assay[1] Cell Line: MGC-803, Hep-3B, BEL-7402, HCT-116 Concentration: 0-30 μM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Inhibited cell proliferation with IC50s of 0.038, 1.25, 10.44 and 0.48 μM against MGC-803, Hep-3B, BEL-7402 and HCT-116 cells, respectively.
