[In Vitro]

Tallimustine (0.1-10 μM, 4 h) induces damage to purified SV40 DNA[1]. Tallimustine (72 h ) shows cytotoxicity in CEM Cells, with an IC50 of 3.5 nM[1]. Tallimustine (25 and 100 nM, 6 days) induces erythroid differentiation of K562 cells[2]. Tallimustine (100 nM, 6 days) increases accumulation of γ-globin mRNA in K562 cells[2]. Tallimustine (0.5 μg/mL, 1 h) arrests SW626 cells in G2/M phase[3].
