[Description]:

COX-2-IN-16 (compound 2b) is a potent, selective and orally active COX-2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 102 µM. COX-2-IN-16 inhibits the NO production. COX-2-IN-16 shows anti-inflammatory activity[1].
