[In Vitro]

Vorasidenib has recently entered phase 1 clinical trials in hematologic (NCT02492737) and solid malignancies (NCT02481154) in patients with either an IDH1 or an IDH2 mutation. Preclinical studies have suggested that Vorasidenib fully penetrates the blood-brain barrier and may be a more effective option for patients with IDH1/2 mutated glioma[1].
