PCAF-IN-1 (Compound 32) (10 μM, 72 hours; human tumor cell lines) exerts the most potent antitumor activities against human cancer cell lines[1]. Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HePG-2), breast cancer (MCF-7), prostate cancer (PC3) and colorectal carcinoma (HCT-116). Concentration: 10 μM Incubation Time: 72 hours Result: Inhibited with IC50 values of 4.89, 6.18, 9.71 and 3.76 μM for HePG-2, MCF-7, PC3 and HCT-116, respectively.
