[In Vivo]

Taxiresinol (100 mg/kg,口服,一次) 对对苯醌(p-benzoquinone)诱导的小鼠腹部收缩表现出显著的镇痛作用[1]。 Animal Model: Male Swiss albino mice (20-25 g)[1] Dosage: 100 mg/kg Administration: Oral administration, sixty minutes after the oral administration of test sample, the mice were intraperitoneally injected with 0.1 ml/10 g body weight of 2.5% (v/v) p-benzoquinone solution in distilled H2O. Result: Showed significant antinociceptive activity against p-benzoquinone-induced abdominal contractions (writhing movements) in mice, with a inhibitory ratio of 37.8%.
