Biological Activity

[Description]:

D-NAME (D-NG-nitroarginine methyl ester) hydrochloride is a potent nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor. D-NAME hydrochloride inhibits the activity of NOS, reducing the production of nitric oxide[1].
