Biological Activity

[Description]:

Genkwadaphnin is a daphnane diterpenoid, targeting of importin-β1 to reduce the nuclear accumulation of key CRPC drivers, and shut down their downstream oncogenic signaling. Genkwadaphnin shows potent anti-tumor activity and inhibits castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) in vivo in mice[1].
