NSC243928 mesylate (2 μM, 24 h) 可以诱导 MDA-MB-231 对照细胞死亡，而在 LY6K 敲低细胞中显示细胞活力增加，进而表明 NSC243928 可能通过 LY6K 途径诱导细胞死亡[1]。 NSC243928 mesylate 作用于MDA-MB-231，Hs-578-T，BT-549，OVCAR-8 细胞的 IC50 值分别是 5.683 μM，7.309 μM，7.954 μM 和 4.167 μM[1]。
