Biological Activity

[Description]:

Y29 is a potent PFKFB3 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.183 µM, and acts as a competitive inhibitor against Fru-6-P with a Ki of 0.094 µM. Y29 also inhibits the HeLa cell growth with a GI50 of 2.7 µM[1].
