Quercetin-3-O-(2′′-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (100 mg/kg；口服；单剂量) 在雄性瑞士白化小鼠中弱化了 PGE2 (HY-101952) 诱导的足爪水肿、卡拉胶诱导的后足水肿和 p-苯醌诱导的扭体反应[1]。 Quercetin-3-O-(2′′-O-galloyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (0.5 mg/耳；涂在耳朵上；单剂量) 在雄性瑞士白化小鼠中抑制 12-O-十四烷酰基-13-乙酸酯 (TPA) 诱导的耳水肿[1]。
