[Description]:

Antibiotic A-338533, an antibiotic, can be isolated from Streptomyces strain. Antibiotic A-338533 has anti-bacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma gallisepticum with MIC values of 2 μg/mL and ≤1.56 μg/mL, respectively[1].

Antibiotic A-33853 对球虫病的主要致病菌嫩艾美耳菌 (Eimeria tenella) 有抑制作用,对阴道毛滴虫 (Trichomonas vaginalis) 的 MIC<0.975 μg/mL[1]。

[In Vivo]

Antibiotic A-33853 (60 mg/kg;皮下注射;单次剂量) 对雏鸡体内的鸡毒支原体无效[1]。 Antibiotic A-33853 (70 mg/kg;皮下注射;两次剂量) 对小鼠体内的金黄色葡萄球菌无效[1]。 Antibiotic A-33853 对小鼠模型的急性毒性剂量的 LD50 值为 300 mg/kg (腹腔注射)[1]。
