Ac-DArg-c[Cys-Glu-His-DPhe-Arg-Trp-Cys]-NH 2 is a cyclic octapeptide with MC4R agonism. Ac-DArg-c[Cys-Glu-His-DPhe-Arg-Trp-Cys]-NH 2 significantly increases heart rate and blood pressure[1].
