Cell Cytotoxicity Assay[1] Cell Line: MCF7, MDA-MB-231, A549, H2228 cells Concentration: 0-15 µM Incubation Time: 72 h Result: Exhibited excellent anti-proliferative activities with IC50s of 0.43, 0.31, 10.98, 7.18 µM for MCF7, MDA-MB-231, A549, H2228 cells, respectively.
