MOG peptide (79-96) (intradermal injection at the base of the tail; 200 mL inoculum containing 10 and 200 mg peptides) induces experimental allergic encephalomyelitis (EAE) in the absence of pertussis toxin, efficiently inhibits the binding of the biotinylated CLIP peptide and induces an autoreactive T-cell response in DBA/1 mice[1].
