Anticancer agent 93

Anticancer agent 93 is a 4-Hydroxycoumarin derivative. Anticancer agent 93 can inhibit invasion and migration of lung cancer cells by modulating expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) effectors[1].

Anticancer agent 93 (compound 4h) (5-15 μM; 24 h) significantly inhibits A549 cell invasion by ~ 50%[1]. Anticancer agent 93 (15 μM; 24-72 h) significantly inhibits A549 cell migration[1]. Anticancer agent 93 (5-15 μM; 4 h) inhibits lung cancer cell motility by downregulating EMT markers[1]. Western Blot Analysis[1] Cell Line: A549 cells Concentration: 5, 10, 15 μM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Decreased expression of N-cadherin and E-cadherin.
