Alkyne Cholesterol

Alkyne Cholesterol, a modified lipid, is a click chemistry reagent containing an alkyne group. The terminal alkyne group can be used in a highly specific linking reaction with azide-containing reagents in the presence of a copper (Cu)-containing catalyst.
