c-Met-IN-13 (compound 10m) shows cytotoxic activities with IC50s of 0.14, 0.20, 0.26 µM for H460, HT-29, MKN-45, respectively[1]. c-Met-IN-13 shows tyrosine kinases selectively with IC50s of 4.42, 6.15, 18.64, 295, 540, >10000, 2.43 nM for c-kit, Flt-3,Ron, VEGFR-2, Flt-4, EGFR, C-Met, respectively[1]. c-Met-IN-13 (0-300 µg/ml; 72 h) shows antiproliferative activity in a concentration and time dependent manner[1].
