In Vivo | Miroestrol (0.1-1 mg/kg; s.c. once daily for 60 days) exhibits bone loss prevention via increase of the ratio of osteoprotegerin to receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa B ligand (osteoformation/osteoresorption) in ovariectomized mouse liver[2]. Miroestrol (0.1-1 mg/kg; i.p. once daily for 8 weeks) dose-dependently attenuates ovariectomized-induced cognitive dysfunction in mice[3].
