Description | Farnesylcysteine (FC) is a competitive inhibitor of ICMT. The fcly mutant has quantitatively low farnesylcysteine (FC) lyase activity and an enhanced response to ABA. Farnesylcysteine induces an ABA hypersensitive phenotype in Arabidopsis thaliana[1]. |
