Description | Ethyl Tricosanoate is a long-chain saturated fatty acid ethyl ester, which exists in small amounts in C. conicum and C. conicum. Free acid reduces the hemolytic activity of Staphylococcus aureus delta toxin on human erythrocytes. Both ethyl ester and free acid can be used as standards for the analysis of lipid mixtures. |
