Kinase Assay | The sEH inhibitory properties of test compounds (including Soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibitor) are determined using a black 384-well-plate format under the following reaction conditions: 20 mM Tris pH 7.0, 0.1 mM EDTA, 0.1 mg/mL BSA, 5 μM PHOME (substrate), 2 nM sEH enzyme, 1% DMSO (from test compound). Reaction product is determined quantitatively by fluorescence intensity using a Fluorescence plate reader with an excitation wavelength at 330 nm and emission at 465 nm[1]. |
