Animal Model: Female BALB/c/AnNCr j‐nu/nude mice (6 weeks) were transplanted KRASm/TP53w HCT116 cells[1] Dosage: 90 mg/kg Administration: I.p. thrice a week for 3 weeks Result: Suppressed tumor growth by 38%. Did not show a negative impact on body weight. Attenuated NF‐κB activity. |
