Roxyl-WL is a highly potent and selective inhibitor of IDO1 with IC50 of 1 nM; displays excellent kinase spectrum selectivity with no activity out of the 337 protein kinases; effectively augmentes the proliferation of T cells and reduces the number of regulatory T cell (Tregs), significantly suppresses tumor growth and induces immune response in melanoma (B16F10) tumor-bearing mice orally.
