Dose dependently reversed LPS-induced iNOS and COX2 expression. LPS (200 ng/mL) significantly increased the phosphorylation of PTEN, AKT and inhibitor of NF-κB (IκBa), which was dose-dependently reduced by coelonin pre-treatment. |
