In Vitro	PG34 (0.5-50 µM; 24 h) shows no detectable inhibition of OGT in CHO cells, displays no effect on apoptotic signaling, and shows a moderate effect on cell viability only at the highest concentration[1]. Cell Viability Assay[1] Cell Line: CHO cells Concentration: 0.5-50 µM Incubation Time: 24 hours Result: Inhibited cell growth moderately at 50 µM.
