Antitubercular agent-27 (0-200 µM) shows antibacterial activity with an MIC value of 0.80 µM, IC50 value of 0.23 µM, and IC90 value of 0.43 µM in low oxygen condition, and an MIC value of 0.45 µM, IC50 value of 0.27 µM, and IC90 value of 0.35 µM in normal oxygen condition[1]. Antitubercular agent-27 (0-200 µM) shows intracellular activity with an IC50 value of 1.45 µM, and IC90 value of 1.61 µM, and low cytotoxicity with an IC50 value of >100 µM[1]. |
