• 体外研究: 在粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)驱动的单核细胞分化过程中,hLF1-11(1、10和100μg/mL)引导单核细胞向巨噬细胞亚群分化[2]。hLF1-11(0.5-250μg/mL)抑制人MPO活性[3]。hLF1-11(100μg/mL,90分钟)抑制单核细胞中LPS诱导的ROS诱导[3]。hLF1-11(8-34μ。
• 体内研究: hLF1-11(20 mg/kg,注射到清创的胫骨腔中)在兔子中显示出抗MRSA骨髓炎的能力[4]。hLF1-11(40μg/kg,静脉注射)对感染白色念珠菌的小鼠具有活性[6]。动物模型：接种CFU MRSA的兔子[4]剂量：20 mg/kg给药：注射到清创的胫骨腔内结果：与对照组相比,细菌负荷减少,放射学和组织病理学评分降低。动物模型：中性粒细胞减少小鼠经静脉注射白色念珠菌,剂量：40μg/kg给药：静脉注射(i.v)结果：感染小鼠血清TNFα和IL-6降低。
